Just moved here in December of 2011. Huge life change, and moving from Nevada, it was a huge culture shock as well. Lol!

We have friends in Chooga-town, and we'll be visiting them . . . soon. Lol! Don't quite know when, but it's soon.
    Wanna trip, baby?

I'm not sure I needed to post here, but I'm James. I'm from Dayton but have now lived in Evansville most of my life. I briefly moved away a couple times, once just out to the country 30 miles or so away, but I've always come back. I like this little town pretty well. It's not a big city with a ridiculous cost of living, but it has most things I want if on a smaller scale but Louisville, Nashville and St. Louis are all about a 2 hour drive and Indy and Cinci are just a little further. I am a full time student (most of the time), I work full time, I am a member of Civitan International, and a proud United Methodist. I grew up in a non-denominational mega church and several of the people I grew up with from there are now in the UMC. During the school year I judge high school speech and debate competitions, and before my old English teacher retired I used to help coach.

I have a 18-month-old rat terrier, and that's about it.
