The Pope and Obama were on the same stage in Yankee Stadium in front of a huge crowd.
The Pope leans towards Mr. Obama and said, "Do you know that with one little wave of my hand I can make every person in this crowd go wild with joy? This joy will not be a momentary display, but will go deep into their hearts and they'll forever speak of this day and rejoice!"
Obama replied, "I seriously doubt that! With one little wave of your hand? ....Show me!"
So the Pope backhanded him and knocked him off the stage!
AND THE CROWD ROARED & CHEERED WILDLY and there was happiness throughout the land!
Kind of brings a tear to your eye, doesn't it !

Well, baseball is dumb and it wouldn't surprise me of baseball fans, but on this topic, is there any interactive explanation of hockey? In my hometown we have very low level pro baseball and football teams, but our hockey team, which is relatively new, has been doing great. They moved up through three different leagues and While they were in the CHL they set all kinds of records for the league like attendance, and most of the other teams were in much bigger markets. Now they're in the ECHL and affiliated with both the St. Louis Blues and Columbus Blue Jackets.
I've learned I really enjoy hockey games. I always felt the best seat for football was on my couch and I never did like baseball, but hockey is a lot different. The only problem is I don't understand any of the fouls and don't know what's going on half the time, but it's still fun to go.
baseball is poetry in motion. hockey is brawling on skates.

Then there's the old joke, "I went to a fight last night, and a hockey game broke out!"
