Ok, I guess I'm just going to have to re this bill like I did HR3200. It is becoming obvious to me that none of you have a clue of what is in this bill any more than you all did the origional House Bill.
Be back in a couple of months.

How many kids do you have at home under this insurance policy???With nothing in place to keep them from tearing us up (with pre existing conditions) NO, why do I have to pay $28,800 a YEAR for insurance?? so I have to work two jobs (if I ever get one and find a second) just to pay for insurance, and you know companies will start dropping their coverage because hey they have to buy it anyway now.. Had it up to my eyeballs with this kind of gov't takeover.. I want to join a militia group to take it back from these idiots..

You can qualify for subsidies while making 4x the poverty level. Cost for these people is capped at a percentage of income. For those towards the bottom of that scale they will not have to pay more than 2% of their income towards health insurance, and towards the top it goes up to 10%.With nothing in place to keep them from tearing us up (with pre existing conditions) NO, why do I have to pay $28,800 a YEAR for insurance?? so I have to work two jobs (if I ever get one and find a second) just to pay for insurance, and you know companies will start dropping their coverage because hey they have to buy it anyway now.. No, companies will not start dropping their insurance because if they do they will be penalized. This law is written to give tax credits to employers that offer insurance and fine those that have so many employees and don't.
Thank you for the information, I may not need to spend two months going through the thing... Is there some place that gives a good summery of everthing in the bill written where one can easily understand it??You can qualify for subsidies while making 4x the poverty level. If the penalty is cheaper than the cost of insurance you bet cha they will drop the insurance. LOLYou can qualify for subsidies while making 4x the poverty level. I don't think most people know the difference in the cost of medical care when they have insurance, even high deductable insurance can save you a fortune if you go to in network medical places. Just that one ER trip we made was a difference of $1,800.
If people can get help and really could afford the insurance and don't get it....... well maybe we don't need them in the gene pool in the first place. Liberty or not.
None it is with weight, type two diabetes and hypertension I am however losing weight so maybe get rid of type 2 but you can bet they will hold it over me for at least 5 years.. although with my son being only 20 his mother will figure out a way for ME to have to pay for his (since I had to till he graduated high school) Our state plan CoverTN is re vamping their program (since it is TN's version of Medicaid) it looks like the state pays one third your employer pays one third and you pay on third of the cost but my wife's boss said he REFUSES to pay one third for anyone (even though she runs the agency more than he does) so we have to pay two thirds which comes to around I believe she said $395 a month which is not bad unless you yourself are not working)
“Indeed the safest road to Hell is the gradual one--the gentle slope, soft underfoot, without sudden turnings, without milestones, without signposts,...Your affectionate uncle, Screwtape.”
My wife has M.S. and her insurance with Blue Cross Empire costs about $250 a month. And that's just strait out insurance.None it is with weight, type two diabetes and hypertension I am however losing weight so maybe get rid of type 2 but you can bet they will hold it over me for at least 5 years.. although with my son being only 20 his mother will figure out a way for ME to have to pay for his (since I had to till he graduated high school) Our state plan CoverTN is re vamping their program (since it is TN's version of Medicaid) it looks like the state pays one third your employer pays one third and you pay on third of the cost but my wife's boss said he REFUSES to pay one third for anyone (even though she runs the agency more than he does) so we have to pay two thirds which comes to around I believe she said $395 a month which is not bad unless you yourself are not working)
When the bill goes into affect and the large pools open up, I think most policies will go down to that price level. We'll have to wait till 2014 to find out.
