Precious in HIS Sight was started by me, Annette Thompson, out of my home in Waco, Texas, USA. I wanted to do something with my computer skills to help find homes for children needing families. My husband and I used to be foster parents in Arnold, Missouri, and we have 2 children that we've adopted domestically out of the foster care system. I'm in the process of incorporating Precious in HIS Sight and seeking non-profit status. I've been preparing for this photolisting since early September, 1994. It opened to the public on December 19, 1994. 4star
